Frequently Asked Questions
Our daily schedule is carefully balanced with structured learning, free play, creative activities, outdoor time, meals, and rest.
We believe in positive discipline and guidance rather than punishment. If challenging behaviour continues, we partner with parents to develop a consistent approach that supports the child.
- Children who are sick or contagious must stay at home until fully recovered.
- Medication is only administered with written parental consent.
- Our staff are trained in first aid and CPR.
- Emergency procedures (fire drills, lockdowns, evacuations) are practiced regularly.
- The school is secured with safety checks, and children are always supervised.
We value open communication and provide:
- Parent-teacher meetings to discuss growth and development.
- Progress reports four times a year with observations and learning milestones.
Parents are welcome to schedule a meeting anytime if they have concerns or questions.
All our teachers are trained in Early Childhood Development (ECD) and many hold additional qualifications in child psychology, first aid, and special needs support. Our staff attend regular professional development workshops to stay updated on the best practices in early learning.
